Engagement Checklist

    • ≥ 100 units or ≥ US $5,000 retail value per batch—optimizes freight and platform promotion.

  3. Pricing Protocol
    • CAHEX sets an initial price band; if 45 days elapse without sell-through, we jointly decide on markdown tiers or secondary channels.

  4. Settlement Terms
    • Net sales remitted on a T + 14 basis; platform and logistics fees itemized separately.

  5. Returns Handling
    • If platform return rate exceeds 8 %, our refurb team can re-grade items to preserve seller ratings and recovery.

  6. Liability Split
    • CAHEX handles compliance filings, but the original supplier remains responsible for product authenticity and lawful origin.

  7. Brand Protection
    • Opt-in “white-label resale” or CAHEX freight labels to avoid channel conflict with your primary distribution.
